Binders (2.5" thick) containing overheads and references of topics covered in the conference and beyond and 5-hour professionally filmed video are available at $30 each.

-Dr. Jeff Smith, M.D., CEO, of the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center for approving staff Candy Jacobus to prepare most of handouts in our conference binder, and for providing some of the binding supplies. And thanks to our hospital for also formally sponsoring our conference.
-Ms. Luz Pardini, MPH, and Tracey Rattray, MSW, MPH, Director of the Community Wellness and Prevention Program for approving staff to photocopy all presentation overheads and assimilate all 100 binders for the conference.
